Subtraction Bowling

We had an awesome time practicing subtraction facts of 10. Try playing subtraction bowling at home!!!

Materials needed:

10(or Any number under 20) plastic cups

Tennis ball

Paper or dry earse board for equations

Unit 1: Animals

Animal Habitats: The kids worked really hard throughout this unit on their animal habitats.  They researched the internet collecting facts for their presentations.  Synergy was an important part of creating the habitat displays.

Meet Theo Deigo Dark... the Turtle

Linley was nice enough to bring a turtle to share with our class. We were all so excited. We named him Theo because we were working on the "th" sound. Diego is a nickname Jackson gave Gabriel;). Theo lives in the JP ecosystem (pond outside of the kindergarten building).
